It looks like Sarah Jessica Parker's alter ego 'Carrie' isn't the only one getting married in the gorgeous gown she wore down the big-screen aisle. A three-quarter length version by Vivienne Westwood sold out by noon the day it hit the stores. It sold retail at a whopping $9,875!

I only recommend that brides-to-be pass on the feathery headpiece. Even Carrie had a little trouble pulling that one off.

The Bachelor season finale

I can't say I'm a fan of the over-dramatized show The Bachelor whose unlucky couples don't seem to last much longer than the airing of their final episode. But last night I did tune in for one simple reason. First, he was from my much-missed home Seattle, and seemed to be a rare breed there from my own personal dating experience. Mainly, that he sounded like a decent guy who was actually ready for a long-term committed relationship... or so it seemed...

But in true Seattle bachelor fashion, Jason soon showed his true colors. After debating over his last two women, and actually CHANGING his pick of female counterparts from Melissa to "oh nevermind, I meant Molly!", he made the (lucky?) girl feel like a true Queen. Who wouldn't swoon for a man who can't decide if he wants to be with you or another woman??

The show left viewers with a sour taste for the pitfalls of single life and reminded me why I left Seattle men behind to persue a long distance relationship instead. My only advice to Molly? It's time to pick up a copy of He's Just Not That Into You.

It's true... even with the help of the finest designers and fashion gurus at their beck and call, celebrities can sometimes go "oh so wrong" when it comes to their clothing. Here are just a few looks from the past that didn't quite make the cut.

"Desperate Housewives" actress Nicollette Sheridan shows off her assets in a way that can only be called 'trampy.' The leotard bodice and 'barely there' gown would look more at home on a wealthy prostitute or cross-dressing Queen.

Here, Jessica Simpson takes on the role of 'vampire' in goulish lipstick and bust-embellishing gown.

Mena Suvari in probably would rather forget this photo taken in 2006.

Trend watch: Colored jeans

What's the latest craze in celebrity fashion? Colored jeans! This bold statement is a favorite for many of the stars.

I have to say that this look is another tricky trend to pull together. When it comes to that much color, it's easy to look more like a side-show cirucus on two legs than a glamour girl. If you do opt for bright and bold, be sure to keep your top half more subdued. Too much going on with your outfit it going to have you competing for a spot in the latest magazine layout as a featured figure of fashion horrors.

Personally, I don't plan to change from the blue color palette of my jeans. Ripped, patched, and varying shades is enough for me without stepping into the wilds of crayola.

Brittany Spears tv special: Setting the Record Straight

I watched the Brittany Spears interview last night. It was a special she did called "Setting the Record Straight." Afterwards, I have to say that I am impressed. Yes, there is more that goes on in a celebrity's life than we would know from the outside, and I'm sure the pressures and challenges of growing up in the spotlight have been tough. But she really does sound.... mature?

She seems more settled, more whole than before. I think the biggest downfall in this story was how she always clings to her 'man' and is, like many females, desperately seeking her soulmate. But when you're rich and famous, people like Kevin Federline aren't the cure-all answer. She does seem to genuinely care about her children and understand she needs to grow up and be there for them. Cheers to that. And cheers to coming out with another award-winning album in such a short time after the meltdown. But most of all, cheers to finally beginning to find yourself and your identity apart from your man.

It now appears that the self-proclaimed diva, Lindsey Lohan, has been cut from her last two scheduled appearances on the Ugly Betty television series. While Ms. Lohan's sources point to America Ferrera as the culprit, America's entourage points the finger back to a certain red-headed (ahem, Lohan) startlet who has trouble making timely appearances on set. 'Gossip Girl' Star Taylor Momsen Hospitalized

Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen, has been hospitalized for a potentially life-threatening infection in her throat. (More HERE) She is expected to recover but remains in the hospital for now.

Taylor, the former Cindy Lou in How the Grinch Stole Christmas, has also been featured lately for her 'party girl' reputation. It does leave us wondering if there just may be a connection to her current condition...? Sources remain tight-lipped over the matter.

Celebrity Couples

There's just something intriguing about celebrities in love. Sometimes reality can be better than on-screen performances, for the shock or "aww" factor. Watching the stars win and lose, the odd couples that form, and the bizzare lives they sometimes lead gives Hollywood names a human aspect while they do it all leading lives of luxury. Here's my take on just a few of the famous couples.

Here's on unlikely duo. Who would have seen Christopher Knight and model Adriane Curry together? Not only have they tied the knot, but they met and then dated on two reality shows!?? She definately adds spice to his mid-life complacency. These two are so different, yet somehow have been able to make it work.

Heidi Klum and Seal are just plain cute! Here's another unlikely couple appear who seem to be at peace in their relationship. They're always holding hands or showing some sign of affection. It's refreshing to see such obvious devotion.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo hit it off from the beginning. What appeared to be a rebound romance has blossomed into something more. Nick has kept pretty low key since the divorce... I grew to like him on the Newlyweds reality show and have to admit I still haven't gotten used to seeing him with a new flame.

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have survived despite public doubt. I never saw Ashton falling for an older woman, but celebrities are full of surprises. This is one relationship I'd love to know more about and how they make it work.

It appears that Kloe Kardashian, who we all know from the reality series "Keeping Up With the Khardashians", has joined the list of celebrities behind bars for a drunk driving violation. Kloe, who was on parole for a previous drunk driving offense was caught violating the terms of her parole and has been put behind bars for an unspecified amount of time.

If her predecessors are any indication of what to expect, she should be back in the lap of luxury to serve the remainder of her sentence before the airing of the next "Khardashian" episode.

Lindsey's latest photo stunt may have landed her on the cover of New York Magazine, but the copycat Marilyn Monroe doesn't quite live up to the original. With the Hollywood struggle to find originality, Lohan's attempt to place herself on the same pedestal as the original blonde bombshell did more than show just how little resemblance she bears to the icon; it appears she's lost her own persona. The shots, re-touched to hilt, made her look like the little girl playing dress-up, who hopes to one day fall into the fascade of sex-appeal. It was all unappealing; So much for LL's new image post-rehab.
